Hi Maritza!
Thank you so much for your feedback —I truly appreciate it!
The questions in the bundle don’t follow a designated order or numbering system; they shuffle each time you restart. Because of this, it’s not possible to provide a guide that maps specific questions to particular chapters.
Beyond that, I also choose not to provide chapter lists for another important reason: it could unintentionally lead test takers to focus only on those sections and skip the rest of the book. The amount of reading required varies significantly depending on each person’s background. For example, someone who studied AHPP in college might need less review, whereas another test taker—especially one who studied architecture outside the U.S.—might be encountering the book for the first time while preparing for the AREs.
Since NCARB itself does not specify which chapters to focus on, I believe it would be risky to offer such a list. My goal is to ensure that all test takers engage with the material in a way that fully prepares them, rather than narrowing their study scope too much.
Hope this explanation makes sense 😊
