Terms and Conditions of Membership and Access to Materials under Firm Discount Deal
1. Description of the Product
- The Member: Hunton Brady Architects, 333 South Garland Avenue, Suite 1100Orlando, Florida 32801
- The Owner: Elif Bayram Design LLC, 321 Wythe Avenue, Apt 603, Brooklyn, NY 11249
- The Product: Online access to PCM, PJM, PA, PPD & PDD, ADA Question Bundles, and Video Courses.
By purchasing this product herein, five (5) of Member’s employees shall be granted access to PCM, PJM, PA, PPD & PDD, ADA Question Bundles, and Video Courses for 1 (one) year. The Member acknowledges and agrees to purchase five (5) licenses, as each user requires one license for access. It is the Member’s responsibility to review the individual product pages meticulously, as they cover details specific to each set of materials.
2. Membership Fees and Subscription Term
The Member agrees to pay an annual membership fee of $1,100.00 ($220.00 per license x5 = $1,100.00) for five licenses, which will be billed every 365 days, starting immediately upon the completion of the payment process, until such time the membership is cancelled by the Member. Member can
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. The Member has the privilege to annul the membership within 15 calendar days after the purchase date, whereby a full refund of the one-year membership fee shall be effected. b. All purchases shall be deemed final and non-refundable following the expiration of the 15-calendar-day refund period. c. Under no circumstances shall the Member be entitled to refunds or credits for partially used membership periods, regardless of the Member’s completion of testing or discontinuation of materials usage.
4. Transfer and Sharing of Access
All five licenses are expressly issued to the Member and are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer or share the license, including but not limited to colleagues, coworkers, or friends, whether within the same firm or another, is strictly prohibited.
The Member is also prohibited from sharing the product purchase link, or any other proprietary access link received via email or otherwise, with any third party. The Member acknowledges that such links are for their use and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of said links, not disseminating them to any unauthorized parties.
In the event of such breaches, the Owner, Elif Bayram, reserves the unilateral right to suspend access, terminate the Agreement, and pursue legal remedies against the Member as appropriate.
5. Termination of Subscription
a. Termination Notice: If the Member decides not to renew the licenses for their employees, they are required to inform the Owner promptly before the annual subscription date.
b. License Renewal Modification: The Member reserves the right to request renewal of licenses for less or more than five (5) employees.
c. Cost Adjustment: For Renewal of Less than 5 Employees: The product cost per employee will remain the same. ii. For Renewal of More than 5 Employees: If the Member wishes to increase the number of licenses, the Member should inform the Owner to receive an adjusted discount. The adjusted discount will be based on the prevailing price for 6 or more licenses at the time of renewal.
d. Notice Period: The Member agrees to provide reasonable notice to the Owner regarding any changes in the number of licenses requested for renewal.
6. Start of Use
a. Account Creation: The employees of the Member who will be granted access to materials must create individual accounts on the website www.arequestions.com using their respective company email addresses.
b. Product Acquisition: The Member shall utilize the product link provided by the Owner to add five (5) products into the online shopping cart for completion of payment.
c. Employee User Information: The Member shall provide a list of employee user account information to the Owner upon completion of the purchase transaction.
d. Assignment of Product: Upon receipt of the list of users and full payment, the Owner agrees to assign the Product to all five (5) users within a maximum of one (1) business day.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By effectuating the purchase of this single license, the Member expressly acknowledges, agrees to, and becomes bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
