Terms and Conditions of Membership and Access to Materials Under This Deal
1. Description of the Product
The Organization: Houston Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects
The Owner: Elif Bayram Design LLC
The License: Online access to PCM, PJM, PA, PPD, PDD, and ADA Question Bundles, as well as Video Courses, for a period of one (1) year per license.
By purchasing this product, members of the Organization shall be granted online access to the materials listed above for one (1) year. Each individual user requires a separate license. The Organization acknowledges and agrees that the total number of licenses purchased shall correspond to the number of individual users requiring access.
The Organization is responsible for reviewing the individual product pages on www.arequestions.com, which outline details specific to each set of materials.
2. Membership Fees and Subscription Term
The Organization agrees to pay an annual fee of $225.00 per license, multiplied by the total number of licenses added to the cart at the time of purchase.
The total purchase amount shall be billed one time only and shall not auto-renew. Each license provides access for a period of one (1) year, as defined in Section 6
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a. The Organization may cancel the purchase within fifteen (15) calendar days of the purchase date for a full refund.
b. All purchases shall be deemed final and non-refundable after the fifteen (15)-day refund period has expired.
c. No refunds or credits shall be issued for partially used license periods, regardless of exam completion, testing status, or discontinuation of use.
4. Transfer and Sharing of Access
All licenses are issued to the Organization for use by its designated members and are non-transferable. Licenses may not be shared, reassigned, or transferred to other individuals once activated.
The Organization is prohibited from sharing the purchase link, access links, login credentials, or any proprietary materials with third parties. All such links and materials are confidential and intended solely for authorized use.
In the event of a breach, the Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
5. Termination of Subscription
a. License Expiration: Each license shall expire one (1) year from the individual user’s activation date and shall not renew automatically.
6. Start of Use
a. Account Creation: Each member designated to receive access must create an individual account on www.arequestions.com.
b. Product Acquisition: The Organization shall use the purchase link provided by the Owner to add the desired number of licenses to the online shopping cart and complete payment.
c. User Information: Once payment is completed and the designated users have created their accounts, the Organization shall provide the Owner with the users’ email addresses associated with those accounts.
d. Assignment of Access: Upon receipt of full payment and user information, the Owner will assign access to the corresponding accounts within one (1) business day.
e. Start of License Term: The one-year access period for each license begins when the individual user creates an account and first logs in, not at the time of purchase.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing one or more licenses under this agreement, the Organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
